Terms & Conditions – VJS Arena

Welcome to VJS Arena. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our football and cricket turf facilities and booking services. By booking or using our turf, you agree to comply with the following terms.

1. Booking Policy

  • All bookings must be made in advance through phone, WhatsApp, website, or in person.

  • Booking is confirmed only after full or partial payment (as decided by management).

  • Customers must arrive on time. Delays will not extend the booking time.

  • VJS Arena reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings if necessary.

2. Payment Terms

  • Payment must be made before the start of the game.

  • We may accept cash, UPI, bank transfer, or other digital payments.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Any additional time used beyond the booked slot will be charged accordingly.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellation must be informed at least [Insert Hours] hours before the booking time.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within [Insert Days] working days.

  • No refund for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.

  • In case of heavy rain or unforeseen circumstances, management may reschedule the booking.

4. Turf Usage Rules

  • Only appropriate sports footwear is allowed (no metal studs unless permitted).

  • No smoking, alcohol, or illegal substances allowed inside the premises.

  • Outside food and beverages may be restricted.

  • Players must maintain discipline and sportsmanship.

  • Any damage to turf or property must be compensated by the responsible party.

5. Safety & Liability

  • Players use the turf at their own risk.

  • VJS Arena is not responsible for:

    • Personal injuries

    • Accidents during play

    • Loss or theft of personal belongings

  • First aid may be available, but players are responsible for their own medical conditions.

6. Code of Conduct

  • Abusive language or misconduct will not be tolerated.

  • Management reserves the right to remove any individual violating rules.

  • Repeated violations may result in permanent booking restrictions.

7. Equipment

  • Any equipment provided by VJS Arena must be returned in proper condition.

  • Damage or loss of equipment will be charged.

8. Weather Conditions

  • Bookings may be rescheduled due to extreme weather conditions.

  • No refund if play is interrupted due to natural causes beyond management control (unless decided otherwise).

9. Changes to Terms

VJS Arena reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
